We discovered many large openings into the roof area that required immediate covering to prevent any water pentration in this 3 story building.

ITEM 5-12
Chimney Removal
The chimney stacks that did not blow off of the roof had to be dismanteled and removed before we could begin rebuilding. The extensive damage uncovered significant flaws in the construction, design, and implementation of this complex. We redesigned all of the chimneys to meet current building codes.
